 主要研究领域:

    研究组目前的研究侧重点是发展和利用单细胞基因组分析技术,绘制体细胞的基因组变异图谱,解析正常细胞之间以及正常体细胞到肿瘤细胞演化过程中的遗传变异积累;将计算生物学与基因组学相结合,来研究与肿瘤基因组和干细胞基因组相关的一系列生物学问题。

  1.国家自然科学基金委员会面上项目,HeLa细胞中非整倍体基因组结构与肿瘤细胞适应性关系的研究,2012.01-2015.12,在研, 课题负责人;
