19849-19887月,北京大学细胞遗传学本科毕业,获理学士学位。19927-199612月,美国圣路易斯大学生物化学专业获博士学位。20005-200212月,美国北卡罗莱纳州立大学计算机科学获工程硕士学位。19971-20008月,美国杜克大学生命医学中心(Duke University)从事博士后研究。200110-20036月,任美国基因医药公司(CuraGen)科学家。20038-20063月,任美国葛兰素史克公司 (GSK) 顾问/科学家。20061-20096月,任美国米氏健康系统公司(Misys Healthcare Systems) 信息项目主管。20077-20098月,任上海生物信息技术研究中心客座研究员。20099月至今,中科院上海生科院植物生理生态研究所,任研究员。2010年入选中科院支撑百人计划,同年入选上海市浦江人才计划。目前承担了包括国家重点基础研究发展项目(973项目)、国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划)、国家科技重大专项转基因生物新品种培育和国家自然科学基金等国家科研项目。

 

研究方向:

开展生物信息学和系统生物学应用研究,并提供生物信息学计算平台支撑。主要研究方向包括:高通量组学数据整合及Meta分析的算法研究,基因调控网络及小分子扰动的建模分析,重要植物、微生物和昆虫的功能基因组分析和进化比较研究,以及蛋白质三级结构建模和分子动态模拟。
